If you delete a call in your coverage area, select it as you choose. If you respond within 5 minutes, call us within 90 days if you are a postpay customer, or within 45 days if you are a prepaid customer, and we will give you a 1 minute credit. If you are a Postpay customer and you lose service in your coverage area for more than 24 hours at a time and we are responsible, call us within 180 days and we will give you credit for the time lost. Please note that these are your only rights for deleted calls or interrupted services. No problem – just tell us by phone, in person or in writing. You can appoint someone to manage your Postpay account. The person you designate (the Account Manager) may make changes to your account, including adding new service lines, purchasing a new wireless device based on a payment contract for your device based on your credit history, billing certain services and accessories to your account, and extending the duration of your contract. Any changes made by this person will be considered changes to this agreement. If part of this agreement, including something related to arbitration (with the exception of the prohibition of class arbitration, as indicated in Part 8 of the Dispute Settlement Section), is invalidated, that part may be withdrawn from this agreement. If you subscribe to a service for which a user fee is charged at the end of the billing period (“Postpay Service”) or if you have a installment contract for device payments, we may at any time review your credit history in relation to the service subscription or installment payment contract. If you want the name and address of a credit agency that gives us a credit report on you, just ask. Verizon only limits a customer`s payment options to cash or cash cheques if payments have been returned.

If you are a Postpay customer, you may be entitled to a discount if you are and remain connected to an organization that has an agreement with us. If your rebate is not granted through a national discount program, we may sometimes share certain information about your service (including your name, wireless phone number and total monthly fee) with your organization to ensure that you are still eligible. We may adjust or remove your discount in accordance with your organization`s agreement with us and remove your discount if your right to participate expires or your contract term expires.
